Clearly-Credit provides advisory and facilitation services for financial products. We do not directly provide loans, insurance, or investment products.
Important: Most of our core advisory services are provided free of charge to customers.
2. Cancellation Rights
- You can cancel your application at any time before loan disbursal
- No cancellation charges for withdrawing applications
- You may opt out of our services without any penalty
- Email or call us to cancel any ongoing application process
3. Refund Scenarios
Full Refund Eligible:
- Service not delivered as promised
- Technical errors leading to incorrect processing
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
Partial Refund Eligible:
- Services partially completed before cancellation
- Third-party charges already incurred
No Refund:
- Services fully completed and delivered
- Loan approved and disbursed by lender
- Third-party processing fees (non-refundable)
